Baseball Moves Into NJCAA Top 20 Poll

NJCAA Baseball Top 20 Poll

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The KCKCC baseball team has jumped into the NCAA Baseball Top 20 Poll at No. 19 this week, the national office announced on Monday. The Blue Devils had been receiving votes in the poll, as this is the first week they have moved into the rankings.

The Blue Devils sit at 20-3 overall and are 8-0 in the KJCCC, with 20 total points. KCKCC has been hot as of late winning 11 straight games dating back to March 13, and most recently swept Allen County CC in a four-game series last week.

Central Arizona College remains the top team in the nation with a 33-4 record, 198 total points and eight first-place votes. Walters State CC and McLennan CC are No. 2 and 3 in the poll.

The Blue Devils are back in action today at 1 p.m. when they host State Fair CC.
