Men’s Soccer Season Comes to an End in Overland Park

The Kansas City Kansas Community College men's soccer team fell to the Johnson County Community College Cavaliers 3-0 Oct. 30 in Overland Park, Kan. Despite KCKCC's seven shots on goal, they were unable to find the back of the net. JCCC capitalized on their opportunities, scoring once in the first half and twice in the second. The Blue Devils also faced discipline challenges, receiving four yellow cards during the match.

The Blue Devils hit the crossbar in the second half when the game was just at 2-0. Kleber Meneses Fabian, the goalkeeper for the team, recorded five saves during the match, facing eight shots. The Blue Devils finish their season with an overall record of 6-8-2 and conference record of 3-4-1.
