KCKCC opened the first quarter with a strong start, highlighted by Amiyah Fulton's three-pointer assisted by Sandra Hracka, giving the Blue Devils an early 5-0 lead. Despite Labette's efforts to counter, including a three-pointer by Aubreyanna Yelverton, KCKCC managed to maintain a competitive edge through consistent contributions from players like Kylee West, who scored multiple times and assisted in crucial moments. The quarter concluded with a 19-19 tie

KCKCC briefly took control early in the second quarter with a 3-pointer by Kyara Bakker at 6:54, giving the Blue Devils a 24–22 lead. Despite a late 3-pointer from Hracka, KCKCC trailed 35–29 at the end of the half.

The Blue Devils rallied to erase a 10-point deficit, with a layup from Maia Kahura at 1:26, making the score 51-50 in favor of KCKCC. The team displayed resilience and efficiency, particularly from the free throw line, converting eight of 13 attempts. Despite their efforts, Labette regained the lead with late free throws from Klabunde, and KCKCC trailed 54-51 at the end of the third quarter.

KCKCC initially took control in the fourth quarter with Elin Bjarnadottir's 3-pointer at 9:50, tying the game at 54 and setting the tone for a competitive finish. Kahura then added a layup to maintain the tie before Hracka hit a jumper to give the Blue Devils a brief 58-56 lead at 8:38.

However, Labette responded, eventually building an eight-point advantage late in the quarter. Despite Alana Webb's efforts with a crucial 3-pointer at 4:33 and a subsequent layup at 2:34, KCKCC was unable to close the gap.

Fulton scored 11 points and recorded five assists. West collected 13 rebounds and added 10 points. Hracka posted 13 points and recorded two steals. Meg Revol contributed with five assists and three steals.
