The Blue Devil men raced to a 33-12 lead and led 49-33 at the half in their 89-75 exhibition win over Livin' The Dream, a collection of former college and professional players. Hitting 7 of 12 3-pointers, the Blue Devils shot 62.1 percent in the first half and finished at 55.0 percent for the game.
Sophomore Antonio Winn led with 18 points, seven rebounds and seven assists while Lansing freshman Clay Young added 17 points on 8 of 11 shooting. Brandon Ward had 15 points including three treys; Anthony Ridley 10 points and 5 rebounds; C.J. Vallejo, 9 points and 5 rebounds; and Stephen Lembach 7 points.
The KCKCC men will host North Arkansas at 8 p.m. Friday and On Point Academy Saturday at 6 p.m. In other games Friday, Johnson County, the No. 1 ranked Division II in the nation, will play Neosho County at 2 p.m. and the Highland men will face On Point Academy at 4 p.m. Saturday action will being at noon.
