Although the Red Devils managed to build an early lead, KCKCC responded with a strategic timeout at 15:39, which sparked a shift in momentum. Rieal Acin's fast-break dunk at 13:40 cut the deficit to one point.
Ta'Veaion Washington's consistent free throw shooting helped the Blue Devils regain focus, and Jameson Fischer's back-to-back three-pointers at 7:23 and 6:25 propelled them into the lead. Anthony Leonard capped the half with a crucial three-pointer at 0:45, extending their advantage to seven. The first half concluded with the Blue Devils leading 33-26.
KCKCC faced a challenging second half as the Red Devils began with a strong push, erasing an early deficit to tie the game at 34-34 with 16:38 left. The Blue Devils struggled with turnovers, committing 14 in the half, which contributed to the Red Devils' ability to build and maintain their lead. Despite a late surge, including a 3-pointer by Leonard at 4:46, KCKCC could not close the gap. The game ended with a final score of 63-58 in favor of Allen Community College.
Washington recorded a double-double, scoring 13 points and collecting 10 rebounds. Fischer added 13 points, including two 3-pointers and secured six rebounds. Leonard contributed with 11 points and dished out four assists. Lewis posted six points and made three steals.
