November 04, 2025The Kansas City Kansas Community College men's soccer team fell to the Johnson County Community College Cavaliers 3-0 Oct. 30 in Overland Park, Kan. Despite KCKCC’s seven shots on goal, they were unable to find the back of the net. JCCC capitalized on their opportunities, scoring once in the first half and twice in the second. The Blue Devils also faced discipline challenges, receiving four yellow cards during the match.

The Red Devils struck early with two first half goals and sealed the victory with a third goal in the second half. KCKCC managed to record six shots on goal but were unable to convert any, as the Red Devils' defense held firm for the shutout.

Clash in Nebraska Ends in Draw for Blue Devils
October 02, 2025The Kansas City Kansas Community College men’s soccer team drew in a high scoring affair against the Southeast Community College Bobcats 3-3 on Oct.1 in Beatrice, Neb. The Bobcats led going into halftime with a score of 1-0. In the second half, KCKCC responded with three goals to even the score, beginning with Andres Tamayo who tied the game. Damon Walter then scored the next goal, followed by Natan Masi. Both teams recorded three saves in a match that saw the Blue Devils outshoot the Bobcats 15 to 0.

September 18, 2025The Kansas City Kansas Community College men’s soccer team edged Allen Community College, 2-1 Sep. 17 at the KCKCC Soccer Field. The Blue Devils secured the win with a decisive second-half goal, overcoming a level match at halftime. Both teams fired nine shots, with KCKCC maintaining a slight edge in shots on goal, finishing with five to the Red Devils' four. This victory marked the team's fifth consecutive win and maintained their undefeated status in conference play.

September 16, 2025The Kansas City Kansas Community College men’s soccer team shut out No.15 Central Community College, 3-0 Sept.13 marking their fourth consecutive win. KCKCC’s defense was robust, with Blue Devil goalkeeper, Kleber Meneses Fabian, recording nine saves to secure the clean sheet. Two of the goals came in the first half with the final goal being scored in the 55th minute.

August 25, 2025The Kansas City Kansas Community College men’s soccer team dropped both of their opening weekend games in Illinois. They fell 4-3 in a close match against Triton College before losing 3-1 to Harry S. Truman. In the KJCCC preseason poll, the Blue Devils were projected to finish tied for third with Allen and Pratt, behind Neosho and Johnson County.

Men’s Soccer Season Ends in Double Overtime Thriller
November 04, 2024The Kansas City Kansas Community College men's soccer team fell to the Seward County Community College in the opening round of the NJCAA Plains District Tournament. The Blue Devils and Saints were tied 0-0 after 90 minutes of regular time. They headed into two, 10-minute overtime halves where when someone scored, the game is over - also known as a golden goal. If the score remained tied after both overtime halves, then they would have entered a penalty shootout to decide a victor. The Seward Saints were able to get by the Blue Devil defense and scored with 21 seconds remaining in the second overtime.

This is the second time the Red Ravens and Blue Devils have met up in the 2024 season. The first matchup on Sep. 7 ended in a 4-0 win for the Blue Devils.

September 30, 2024The Kansas City Kansas Community College men's soccer team (4-1-2) beat the Seward County Community College Saints (5-4-3), 2-0 Sep. 28 at the KCKCC Soccer Field. The Blue Devils and Saints first faced off Aug. 24 at Seward County, and the game ended in a scoreless draw. This past Saturday night, the Blue Devils were able to get the best of the Saints while not letting up a single goal.
